Front Desk Executive

As a full-time Intake Counselor cum Front Desk Executive at The Good Shepherd's School in Bengaluru, your role will involve counselling prospective students, conducting school tours, maintaining admission records, providing administrative support, answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will collaborate closely with the management team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing front desk activities such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors. - Providing accurate information about the institution's programs, facilities, and policies to visitors and callers. - Guiding prospective students and their families through the admission process. - Maintaining records of inquiries and admissions. - Collaborating with academic and administrative staff to stay updated on program and policy changes. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree or higher in any field. - Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Phone Etiquette. - Experience in counselling, receptionist duties, and customer service. - Strong Communication Skills (Verbal and Written). - Ability to maintain confidentiality. - Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently. - Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, internet). - Experience in the education sector is a plus. - Experience with school management systems is a plus.,
