Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Executive located in Delhi. The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, greeting and assisting visitors, handling phone calls with proper etiquette, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include managing the reception area, scheduling appointments, and ensuring effective communication and coordination within the office.

• Experience in Customer Service
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Prior experience in a front desk or administrative role is advantageous
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
