Job Description

Job Summary:
The Front Office Desk Sales Executive is the first point of contact for members and visitors, responsible for creating a welcoming environment while driving membership sales. This role combines front-desk administration with proactive sales, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth daily operations, and achievement of revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist members, guests, and prospective clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins; provide accurate information about gym services, facilities, and promotions.
  • Proactively promote and sell memberships, personal training packages, and other fitness programs.
  • Maintain accurate member records, manage registrations, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Process payments, generate invoices, and track sales targets.
  • Coordinate facility tours for prospective members and showcase gym features.
  • Provide daily reports on sales, enquiries, and conversions to management.
  • Support smooth front desk operations including scheduling, check-ins, and member queries.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, welcoming, and aligned with the gym’s brand standards.
  • Collaborate with fitness trainers and management to meet business goals.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service orientation with a sales-driven mindset.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or front desk roles (preferably in the fitness or hospitality industry).
  • Ability to work with targets and deliver results.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM, POS systems).
  • Positive, energetic, and professional attitude.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Diploma/degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
