Role Overview: We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Receptionist to manage front desk responsibilities efficiently and professionally. You will be the first point of contact for guests, clients, and visitors—your demeanor and communication should reflect the brand’s energy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude Manage front desk operations including answering and directing phone calls Maintain visitor records and ensure security protocols are followed Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (couriers, emails, calls) Coordinate with internal departments and assist in scheduling meetings Maintain a clean and organized reception area Support administrative tasks and assist the HR/Admin team when required Handle basic inquiries about the organization in a polished manner Requirements: Experience in a front desk/receptionist/Guest Handling role.
