Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist visitors courteously; maintain a professional front-desk environment.
Telecalling, Manage incoming calls, respond/helpfully to emails, and handle courier dispatches.
Maintain visitor logs, organize front-office supplies, and upkeep administrative files.
Support HR and Admin with daily office tasks (attendance support, basic onboarding assistance).
Handle basic client communications and appointment scheduling.

Required Skills & Attributes

Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
Experience in front-desk/reception or related admin role.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations.
Pleasing personality, professional grooming, and disciplined office etiquette.
Good multitasking, organizational abilities, and customer-centric attitude.

Preferred Experience

Experience working in corporate reception.
