Front Desk Executive

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Greet parents, visitors, and vendors courteously and direct them appropriately
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and front desk inquiries
• Handle student late arrivals, early departures, and visitor entry as per school protocol
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure adherence to school safety and access procedures
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for parent queries and appointments
• Support admission-related inquiries and assist with documentation as required
• Maintain accurate records, registers, and front office documentation
• Assist in coordination of school events, meetings, and communication dispatches
• Ensure the front desk area is organized, presentable, and professional at all times
• Handle courier management and internal communication support

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Polite, calm, and customer-oriented approach
• Ability to multitask and manage high footfall efficiently
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, school ERP systems preferred)
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  

Educational Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a school or service-oriented environment preferred
  

Working Hours & Location

• Kanakia International School - CBSE, Bhayandar
• Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm & Working Saturdays: 9am to 1pm
