Roles and Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; handle basic inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Manage appointment schedules, meeting room bookings, and visitor records.
• Handle courier services – incoming and outgoing mails/documents.
• Perform telecalling activities for existing and prospective clients as part of CRM support.
• Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication flow.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Eperience as a Front Desk Executive
• 2–3 years of proven experience as a receptionist/front office executive with CRM/telecalling exposure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Presentable, professional demeanor with a customer-oriented approach.
