Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Front Desk Executive to join our team in Dewas. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, the ideal candidate will create a welcoming and polished environment. Excellent English communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage front-office operations efficiently are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests and visitors courteously and professionally.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and politely.
• Oversee front desk operations, including maintaining visitor logs, handling inquiries, and scheduling appointments.
• Support meeting coordination and office activities.
• Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable.
• Provide administrative assistance to various departments as needed.
• Handle courier services, filing, and other routine office tasks.

Requirements

• Graduate or undergraduate with at least 6 months of relevant experience.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Professional appearance and a warm, approachable personality.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Preference for local candidates from Dewas.
