Job Role Overview We are looking for a well-presented, confident, and professional to represent our organization at the first point of contact.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong personality, and international exposure mindset, as the position involves interaction with domestic and international clients, vendors, and senior executives.
Gender Preference Female candidates preferred Male candidates may also apply if they meet presentation and communication standards Key Responsibilities Front Office & Reception Management Manage front desk operations with high professionalism and courtesy Greet and receive: Clients International visitors Senior executives Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor coordination Maintain visitor entry records and appointment logs Communication & Coordination Communicate clearly and confidently with: Clients Vendors Internal departments Coordinate meetings, visitor waiting, and executive availability Handle basic email drafting and message forwarding professionally Office Presentation & Brand Image Maintain a polished, presentable, and well-groomed appearance at all times Represent the corporate image, discipline, and class of the organization Ensure front office area remains clean, organized, and professional Required Skills & Attributes Appearance & Personality Well-groomed, well-maintained, and presentable personality Confident body language and professional etiquette Pleasant communication tone and courteous behavior (Note: This is a client-facing role where personal presentation is an essential part of the job.) Communication Skills Excellent English speaking skills – Mandatory Hindi – Mandatory Knowledge of additional international language(s) is a strong advantage, such as: Basic Korean / Chinese / Arabic / Any foreign language (preferred, not compulsory) Professional Skills Strong interpersonal and coordination skills Ability to handle high-profile visitors calmly Basic computer knowledge: Email MS Word / Excel Discretion, confidentiality, and maturity in handling sensitive environments Experience Requirement 1–5 years experience in: Corporate front office Reception Hospitality / premium offices Experience in international or high-end corporate offices preferred Confidentiality & Conduct Notice The selected candidate will be required to: Follow strict confidentiality protocols Not discuss internal matters with anyone Maintain professional discipline at all times Interview & Selection Notes Shortlisted candidates will be evaluated on: Communication skills Professional appearance Confidence & etiquette Final selection will be based on overall personality and suitability for a premium corporate environment
