Job Responsibilities:


1. Handling Incoming Calls & Transferring to the concerned person. 2. Connecting the required calls. 3. Updating all data eg : Exnt list/Branches/new joinee/common contact list etc 4. Maintaining register for inward entries for internal Department e.g. cheques, invoices, tata power bills 5. Keeping daily record of service provider e.g. Garland/Newspaper/Florist/exim. 6. Sending Fax keeping record for the same. 7. Connecting conference call. 8. Maintaining Stationary Requisition for 2nd and 3rd floor department and ordering stationery when require. 9. Making complaints for coffee machine, A/C and Printing machine. 10. Ordering tonners, cartridges, and coffee machine material. 11. All functions related to receiving / sending of couriers whether intercity / domestic or International to be handled professionally. 12. Maintain records of all inward & outward couriers in Manual & electronic form. 13. Ensure all couriers received for various departments reaches the person/s concerned and proper acknowledgement received. 14. Negotiate good rates for Fuel Surcharge / delivery of couriers whether domestic or international from new vendors.
