What are we looking for?

Front Desk Executive and Admin Assistant

This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and a proactive approach to managing administrative and employee-facing responsibilities. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors and provide essential support to various departments, including HR and Administration.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage the front desk, greeting visitors, candidates and vendors.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date visitor logs.
  • Manage visitor flow and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and email correspondence.
  • Handle flight and accommodation bookings for company executives, new joiners, and international colleagues.
  • Coordinate food and refreshment orders for visitors and new joiners.
  • Manage stay and rental agreements as required.
  • Support HR in onboarding activities by assisting with document photocopying and logistics on Day 1.
  • Introducing new joiners to the team and helping them settle in.
  • Assist HR in organizing employee engagement and office events.

  • Assist company executives with administrative activities.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality.


What do you need?

  • 3–4 years of proven experience as a front desk executive/ receptionist/ administrative assistant, or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently.
  • Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude.

  • Fluent in English
