Job Description

As a Front Desk Executive and Admin Assistant at ZITRO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors. Your excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and proactive approach will be key in managing administrative and employee-facing responsibilities. You will be responsible for maintaining the front desk, greeting visitors, candidates, and vendors, as well as managing visitor flow and directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining a clean and organized reception area, managing accurate visitor logs, performing general clerical duties such as filing and email correspondence, handling flight and accommodation bookings for company executives and international colleagues, and coordinating food and refreshment orders for visitors and new joiners. Additionally, you will support HR in onboarding activities, assist in organizing employee engagement and office events, and maintain strict confidentiality in all tasks. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3-4 years of proven experience as a front desk executive, receptionist, or administrative assistant in a customer-facing role. Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities, and a professional appearance with a customer-first attitude are essential. Fluency in English is required.
