Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:


Front Desk Duties:

  • Handle walk-in inquiries, incoming calls, route calls, and provide basic information about services.
  • Record and maintain accurate data of walk-in clients in CRM & Google Sheet
  • Provide general administrative support, including scanning documents and coordinating courier services
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by management


Tele sales Counselor Duties:

  • Make new sales calls

    150/ per day

    (Leads will be given by us)
  • Ensure maximum documents are collected from clients and

    share them promptly

    with the assigned counselor for further processing.
  • Take

    regular follow-ups with counselors

    regarding application status, missing documents, and next steps in the process.
  • Ensure to achieve

    Application Conversion Targets

    and

    Fees Payment Targets

    as assigned monthly & intake wise.
