Responsibilities

Arrival & Departure:
Handle all guest check-in, check-out, room changes, and key management efficiently and accurately using the
Property Management System (PMS)
.
Concierge Service:
Act as the expert resource for guests, coordinating and booking reservations for dining, transportation, tours, theatre tickets, and personalized local experiences.
Information & Communication:
Answer high-volume phone calls, emails, and lobby inquiries, providing clear, detailed, and persuasive information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
Billing & Cash Handling:
Accurately process payments, post charges, manage foreign currency exchange, and resolve minor billing discrepancies promptly.
Coordination:
Effectively liaise with Housekeeping, Valet, and Bell Staff to ensure smooth luggage delivery, swift room readiness, and immediate fulfillment of guest requests.
Upselling:
Proactively identify opportunities to
upsell
premium rooms and promote hotel services to maximize revenue.
