Job Title: Front Desk & Admin Executive

Location: Parle Point Circle, Forum Building, Surat
Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, presentable, and confident female candidate to join our real estate office as an Administrative Coordinator. The role requires excellent communication skills, good personality, and the ability to manage front-desk operations along with administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, client inquiries, and follow-ups.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings for management.
  • Maintain client records and basic office documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the team.
  • Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner.
  • Support day-to-day office operations.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in tele calling, receptionist, or administrative roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable personality with confidence.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry).
  • Ability to multitask and manage coordination work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
