About Developmental Centre services Developmental Services at Children First cater to children's sensorimotor, linguistic, socio-emotional, and cognitive developmental needs with subtle or recognisable differences in their developmental trajectory. About the Role As a facilitator, you will oversee the coordination of our Developmental Centre services across our centres in Delhi and Gurgaon. You will be the intermediary between the client and the clinician for all non-clinical aspects. This role involves managing one-time intake and long-term program schedules, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing support to families throughout the process. Ensuring excellent client journeys at each step will be your primary goal. This is a full-time in-office role based in Delhi-NCR Monday to Saturday with the ability to work across our Delhi and Gurgaon centres Responsibilities ● Coordinate and oversee the daily operations like attending client calls explaining program offerings, meeting clients in person, managing bookings, coordinating appointments with clients and clinicians, maintaining trackers, etc. ● Provide information and support to families throughout the process and act as the point of contact for client feedback, grievances and escalations. ● Ensure timely and efficient communication over email, calls, and WhatsApp with families regarding appointment details and maintain required documentation. ● Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including clinical team, front desk, finance, product, and business for smooth delivery of the program. ● Monitor program activities and make adjustments as necessary to ensure high client and clinician satisfaction ● Ensure timely sharing of child reports and assist families in program enrollment ● Address any concerns or questions from families and provide guidance on the next steps post-intake or during the ongoing programs ● Manage internal referrals for Developmental Centre services and act as the SPoC for parent and clinician ● Prepare monthly reports and analyse data to identify areas for improvement. ● Provide training and support for new launches as necessary. Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree in any field.
