Job Description:

We are looking for a Production Assistant to support day-to-day production and operational activities. The role involves assisting operators, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and ensuring smooth coordination between production-related teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist machine operators during production, packing, and changeover activities
• Support machine cleaning, line clearance, and setup as per SOPs
• Monitor basic production parameters such as temperature, weight, and product appearance
• Report any deviations or abnormalities to the supervisor immediately
• Follow GMP, safety, and hygiene practices at all times
• Wear required PPE and maintain personal hygiene
• Assist in housekeeping of production and sampling areas
• Report safety hazards, spills, or unsafe conditions promptly
• Accurately fill production and sampling records
• Coordinate with Quality Control, Stores, and Production teams

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic understanding of production and quality procedures
• Ability to follow SOPs and work instructions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic reading and writing skills
• Willingness to work in shifts (if required)

Experience:

• Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
• Prior experience in a manufacturing/production environment is an advantage
