Job Title: Dispatch Supervisor Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month Job Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a qualified Dispatch Supervisor to manage daily logistics and dispatch operations. The candidate must be a graduate with relevant experience in logistics, transportation, and vendor coordination. This role is crucial in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our clients. Responsibilities Supervise end-to-end dispatch operations. Ensure goods are dispatched correctly and delivered on the committed date. Coordinate with transporters and vendors for smooth and timely shipments. Track deliveries and resolve issues related to delays or incorrect dispatches. Monitor transportation performance and control costs. Manage and maintain dispatch documentation including challans, invoices, and records. Communicate with sales, warehouse, and logistics partners. Prepare daily and weekly dispatch reports. Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (Graduation is mandatory). 2–4 years of experience in logistics or dispatch operations. Strong knowledge of transportation and dispatch planning. Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally or ERP software preferred. Excellent coordination, vendor management, and problem-solving skills. Experience in paint or manufacturing industry is a plus.
