You will learn to manage the sales process by collaborating with online marketing, editorial, and lead gen teams.

We have openings in the US shift (Monday to Friday, 8 pm to 6 am) and the Day Shift. We pay considerably more in the US shift.

Requirements:

• Excellent written English.
• Excellent comprehension skills to understand what clients are asking in their emails.
• Ability to research and understand different companies and products.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and address client needs in proper, formal, and convincing language.
• Collaborate with sales, editorial, and operations teams.
• Manage client inquiries and support sales efforts.
• Ensure project tasks are completed on time.

Remote-Friendly Hiring:

• If you are not based in Bangalore and are ready to move, we can conduct the recruitment process remotely.
