About the Role

Fresher

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions.
Translate technical features into business benefits for clients.
Assist in preparing proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation.
Work closely with delivery and support teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software solutions, cloud technologies, and enterprise applications.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand client needs and articulate technical solutions clearly.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations as needed inside India & in Middle East.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of CRM tools and proposal management platforms.
Knowledge of IT consulting frameworks or enterprise architecture.
Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Cisco, etc.) are a plus.
