This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or a final year student to kickstart their career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. You will be at the forefront of our growth, playing a crucial role in building our future workforce by connecting with promising students and graduates across the country.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Source potential candidates from various online channels, including college portals, social media, and professional networks.- Screen resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates.- Conduct initial phone screenings and preliminary interviews to assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, and aptitude.- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of candidates.- Assist in organizing and attending campus recruitment drives and job fairs.- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.- Prepare and post job advertisements on various job portals and university career sites.NATURE OF ENGAGEMENT:Please note that this is a freelance or contract-based position.
