Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. You will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. 5+ years of professional experience in Python development. Solid experience working with REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, and asynchronous programming. Experience in ETL Tools like SSIS and Azure Data Factory. Experience in reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI. Proficiency with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows. Strong debugging, profiling, and optimization skills. Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, able to work independently and within a team. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Ability to take loose or incompletely defined requirements and use knowledge and experience to create a finished product. Ability to give effective training and presentations to project stakeholders.
