About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a key role in planning, executing, and delivering projects successfully while coordinating between internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities.
• Coordinate effectively between teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Track project progress, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and project records.
• Identify and report risks or issues, helping the team resolve conflicts.
• Organize and manage project meetings and follow-ups.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project (preferred).
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, IT, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
• Freshers with strong organizational and communication skills are welcome to apply!
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
