About the Role

Next Big Technology is seeking a talented and experienced WordPress Developer to join our in-house development team in Jaipur. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about creating high-performance WordPress websites, building custom themes/plugins, and working on complex PHP-based projects in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins
• Work on both front-end and back-end development
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient PHP code
• Ensure website performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and content teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and security vulnerabilities
• Keep up to date with the latest WordPress tools, trends, and best practices

Requirements

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of professional WordPress development (preferred)
• Proficient in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL
• Hands-on experience with custom theme and plugin development
• Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work independently
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
