23,000 Take Home
Experienced (Min 1 Year):
Up to 29,000 Take Home

Eligibility:

Minimum qualification:
12th Pass / 2nd PUC
Graduates can apply
Degree-pursuing students are not eligible
Excellent communication skills

mandatory

Work Details:

5 Days Working
2 Rotational Offs

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle
inbound and outbound voice calls
related to banking queries.
Provide accurate information and
resolve customer issues promptly
.
Maintain a high level of
professionalism and empathy
while interacting with customers.
Update and document
customer interactions in the system.
Meet
quality and performance targets
(AHT, FCR, CSAT).
Coordinate with internal teams for
timely issue resolution
.
