Job Description

About the Role:

motivated Fresher IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates using
job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
and other channels
Perform
initial candidate screening
(communication, experience, interest, availability)
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels
Maintain and update candidate data in
ATS / Excel
Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and offer discussions
Build and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline
Learn
Boolean search techniques
and sourcing strategies
Support offer rollout and joining formalities
Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the process

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Any Graduate / Post Graduate (Engineering preferred but not mandatory)
Willingness to learn IT technologies and recruitment processes
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Positive attitude, discipline, and consistency

Good to Have (Not Mandatory):

Basic understanding of
IT roles & technologies
Internship or training in HR / Recruitment
Familiarity with job portals like
Naukri / LinkedIn
Knowledge of Boolean search basics
