Position Overview:

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest feels welcome and enjoys a memorable dining experience. You'll interact with guests, take orders, serve meals, and handle payments while maintaining a friendly and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Interaction: Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
• Order Management: Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Service Excellence: Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Customer Assistance: Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a polite and efficient manner.
• Payment Processing: Process payments and provide correct change using a point-of-sale system.
• Table Maintenance: Assist in table setting, clearing, and cleaning to ensure a tidy dining environment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to provide exceptional service.
• Adherence to Standards: Follow health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a waiter or in a customer service role preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Cook – Fresher RolePosition Overview:

As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for customers. You will help keep the kitchen organized and running efficiently, ensuring proper food handling, sanitation, and following food storage procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation: Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
• Cooking: Prepare ingredients and cook food in various utensils or grillers.
• Quality Control: Check food while cooking to stir or turn, ensuring great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served.
• Sanitation: Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen.
• Inventory Management: Ensure all food and other items are stored properly and monitor stock, placing orders when there are shortages.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage.
• Proven experience as a cook is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in using cutting tools, cookware, and bakeware.
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling, etc.).
• Ability to follow all sanitation procedures.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Excellent physical condition and stamina.
