Job Title: AR Caller (Fresher) - Medical Billing Location: Trivandrum Company: Prochant India Pvt Limited Job Type: Internship + Full-time ( Passed-out Year : 2020 -2024 passedout & year of birth should be after 2000) Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AR Caller to join our medical billing team. As a fresher in this role, you will be responsible for assisting with accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding claims, and facilitating communication with insurance companies and healthcare providers. Calling all 2020-2024 graduates for an exciting venture into the US Healthcare sector. We're on the lookout for quick starters with top-notch English communication skills to hop on board. Interview Process: Initial Phone Screening --->Online Assessment--->HR Interview--->Final Evaluation Desired Candidate Profile: 1. Immediate Joiners with Excellent Communication in English. 2. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 2. Any Graduates between 2020 2023 Passed out are eligible to apply. 3. Ability to prioritize and manage work queue. 5. Calling Insurance Company on behalf of healthcare providers for claim status. 2. Should handle US Healthcare Providers Billing. 3. Follow-up with Insurance Company to check status of outstanding claims. 4. Receive payment information if the claims have been processed. 5. Analyze claims in case of rejections. 6.
