Job Location : Bhiwandi (Mankoli Pin 421302) - Thane Incoming Quality Inspector (Electronics) Department: Quality Control (QC) / Incoming Quality Control (IQC) Responsibilities: Incoming Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of electronic components, parts, and assemblies upon their arrival at the warehouse. Quality Standards: Ensure all incoming materials meet the required specifications and standards as outlined in quality documentation and client requirements. Testing: Operate various testing tools and equipment (e.g., multimeters, Bluetooth devices, microscopes) to verify electrical and mechanical properties. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all inspections, including test results, non-conformities, and corrective actions taken. Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Engineering, and Logistics teams to resolve any quality-related issues with suppliers or materials. Problem-Solving: Identify and report issues related to defective components or specification discrepancies to management. Continuous Improvement: Support the development and enhancement of quality control processes and procedures. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, IPC) for all incoming materials. Supplier Communication: Liaise with suppliers regarding quality issues and collaborate on corrective actions. Preventive Actions: Assist in implementing preventive measures to minimize defects in incoming products and materials. Note: This position is strictly for candidates with experience in electronics quality inspection. We are not seeking software engineers or software testing professionals.
