Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing customer contacts (primarily Voice and Email) regarding financial services products and queries.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the process guidelines and service offerings.
  • Document all customer interaction details accurately into the system.
  • Adhere to defined quality metrics and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Education:

    Graduation is mandatory (Any stream).
  • Experience:

    Freshers to candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Communication:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Customer Focus:

    A strong customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Technical Proficiency:

    Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed/accuracy.

Work Details:

    6 days a week.
  • Shift:

    Rotational Shifts (may include night shifts).

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer inquiries and convert them into confirmed travel bookings (flights, hotels, packages).
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their travel needs, offer customized solutions, and upsell/cross-sell relevant products, especially for our subscription-based travel program.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Utilize excellent product knowledge, including destination details, fares, and promotional offers, to advise customers accurately and effectively.
  • Ensure all bookings and customer data are accurately recorded and maintained in the designated system (e.g., GDS or CRM).
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and booking process to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay updated on the latest travel trends, airline policies, and product changes.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Experience:

    Minimum 6 months of experience in

    Travel Sales

    (handling flight/hotel/package bookings) is mandatory.
  • Sales Acumen:

    Proven experience in a sales environment with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Travel Industry Knowledge:

    Familiarity with travel industry terminology, processes, and a working knowledge of at least one Global Distribution System (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is a strong plus.
  • Communication:

    Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in English.
  • Customer Focus:

    Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
