Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Fresher Engineers who are eager to begin their career in technology, training, and operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical foundation, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering technical training sessions (Robotics, Coding, AI, IoT, etc.) to students as per Techradiance modules.
• Support senior trainers in workshops, events, and execution programs in schools and colleges.
• Set up training equipment, devices, and materials before sessions.
• Provide hands-on support to participants during training and help resolve basic technical issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of technical programs.
• Maintain training reports, attendance, and feedback forms.
• Learn and stay updated with new technologies taught by Techradiance.
• Support operations and execution teams in school-level or college-level events.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of electronics, robotics, coding, or computer science concepts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to handle training equipment and troubleshoot minor technical issues.
• Good teamwork and coordination abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ECE, CSE, Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, or related fields).
• Freshers or up to 1 year of experience are eligible.
• Passion for teaching, training, and working with students is a plus.
