Job Profile: Robotics Trainer

Job Title: Robotics Trainer / STEM Educator
Job Type: Full-Time

Objective:

To educate and train students (grades 3–12) in the field of Robotics, Coding, and STEM using hands-on projects, robotics kits, and interactive learning platforms. The trainer will guide students in building, programming, and understanding the concepts of robotics and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct robotics workshops, classes, and hands-on training sessions in schools or training centers.
• Teach basic to advanced robotics concepts using platforms like Arduino, EV3, Raspberry Pi, etc.
• Train students in programming logic using languages such as Scratch, Blockly, Python, or C++.
• Prepare lesson plans, training modules, and documentation.
• Manage robotics kits and ensure proper functioning and usage.
• Monitor students’ progress and provide individual attention where needed.
• Guide students for competitions, exhibitions, and championships.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies in robotics and education.
• Coordinate with schools, parents, and the internal team for training schedules and progress reports.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification: B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA, MCA, Diploma (Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanical, IT, Mechatronics, or related fields)
• Experience: Fresher with basic understanding or interest in robotics/coding
• Passionate about technology, education, and working with children.

Salary Range:

₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and knowledge)
Incentives may include performance bonuses, competition success rewards, or training travel allowances.

Pay: ₹211,877.05 - ₹500,000.00 per year
