Hiring: Fresher – Business & Operations

We collaborate with multiple search feed providers to deliver high-quality traffic and leverage data-driven insights to optimize media buying strategies. Our mission is to drive performance, maximize ROI, and enable advertisers and publishers to thrive in the evolving digital advertising ecosystem.Role: Business & Operations (Fresher)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the operations team in setting up, monitoring, and managing digital ad campaigns.
  • Prepare and maintain daily/weekly performance reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Track campaign delivery, quality, and compliance, escalating issues to the team when required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, account management, finance) for campaign execution.
  • Assist in communication and follow-ups with external partners (publishers, ad networks, vendors).
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure traffic compliance and brand safety.
  • Maintain campaign documentation, trackers, and records for smooth operations.
  • Provide operational support for invoicing, reconciliations, and other ad-hoc tasks.
  • Research industry trends and contribute to process improvements.
  • Learn and get hands-on exposure to digital advertising tools, platforms, and data analytics.
Location: Mumbai (Mulund – Ghatkopar)
