Fresher Business Analyst (From Technical Background – PHP / MEAN / MERN)

We are looking for a motivated Fresher Business Analyst with a technical background to support our project teams in ensuring smooth project execution and excellent client experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic understanding of SDLC, and the ability to coordinate effectively between clients and the development team. This role is perfect for freshers who have completed training in PHP, MEAN, or MERN and want to grow in the field of Business Analysis and Project Coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily project status meetings and help track progress of deliverables.
• Support in preparing and maintaining project status reports, including scope, timeline, cost, and quality updates.
• Help monitor project performance, risks, and issues, and support senior team members in implementing corrective actions.
• Participate in requirement gathering sessions and assist in documenting business and functional requirements.
• Work closely with the development and testing teams to ensure clarity and traceability from requirements to delivery.
• Support in quality checks of deliverables and help identify any gaps or issues.
• Coordinate with clients for updates, clarifications, meeting schedules, and progress communication.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and documentation for internal and client use.
• Learn and apply Agile/SCRUM methodologies during the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to basic research, competitor understanding, and business insights when needed.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the technical team under guidance of senior BA / PM.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fresher with training or academic background in PHP, MEAN, MERN, or related web technologies.
• Basic understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/SCRUM concepts.
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and break down requirements.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, clear manner.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good problem-solving attitude and willingness to take responsibility.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
