• Provide direct nursing care in the clinic: record vitals, perform basic patient assessments, and escalate findings to the physician.
• Administer vaccines and medications per protocol; maintain cold-chain procedures and accurate immunization records.
• Perform wound care, dressing changes, and basic clinical procedures under supervision while following IPC standards.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation (paper/EMR), prepare daily logs, and assist with billing or appointment workflows.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medication, post-procedure care, nutrition, and preventive health practices.
• Support outreach activities and screening camps as needed; assist with inventory of clinical supplies and sterile equipment.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• ANM certificate from a recognized institute and active registration with the relevant Nursing/ANM Council.
• Willingness to work on-site in Koramangala (Bangalore) and availability for clinic shift timings.
• Basic patient-care skills: vitals monitoring, immunization, wound dressing, infection control, and good communication.
  

Preferred

• BLS/First Aid certification, prior exposure to OPD/clinic settings, or experience in community immunization drives.
  

• Structured onboarding and on-the-job clinical training for freshers to build core nursing competencies.
