French Trainer

We are looking for an enthusiastic and qualified French Language Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses a strong command of the French language (Minimum B2 Level) and has a passion for teaching. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, tracking student progress, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Instruction: Conduct interactive French language sessions for Students ranging from beginner (A1) to intermediate levels.
• Curriculum Delivery: Implement lesson plans that cover reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
• Assessment: Evaluate student progress through quizzes, oral tests, and assignments; provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Resource Creation: Develop or adapt supplementary teaching materials (slides, worksheets, audio exercises) to suit specific learner needs.
• Administrative: Maintain accurate records of attendance and student performance.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: Must hold a valid DELF B2, DALF C1, or equivalent certification. Candidates without certification must demonstrate B2-level fluency during the interview.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Scinece with French, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience teaching French as a second language (FLE).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in using online teaching platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Classroom) if applying for remote roles.

Preferred Skills (Nice to have):

• Experience preparing students for DELF/DALF/TEF exams.
• Experience with corporate training or adult education.
• Native or near-native French accent.

Pay: ₹11,642.62 - ₹37,644.16 per month
