As a Trainer at IELTSMaterial.com, you will be responsible for teaching French from A1 to B2 level, which includes Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking. Your role will involve developing engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles, assessing and evaluating progress, and fostering an inclusive and respectful environment. You will also be expected to encourage client/student participation in discussions and group activities, collaborate with fellow educators for interdisciplinary learning, and demonstrate a passion for teaching and learning, especially in language education. Key Responsibilities: - Teach French from A1 to B2 level, covering Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking. - Develop engaging lesson plans for diverse learning styles. - Assess and evaluate student progress. - Foster an inclusive and respectful learning environment. - Encourage client/student participation in discussions and group activities. - Collaborate with fellow educators for interdisciplinary learning. - Create content for classes, including assignments and take-home material. - Conduct 6 hours of daily classes within a 9-hour shift (including a 1-hour lunch break). - Classes will be assigned between 7 am to 11 pm (any 6 hours). - Have 1 day off per week as per mutual discussion. - Work from Home candidates are eligible. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in French from A1 to B2 level. - Experience in teaching French language. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans. - Passion for teaching and learning, particularly in language education.
