French Trainer

JOB DESCRIPTION — FRENCH LANGUAGE TRAINER (A1 / A2 / B1)

Part-Time / Full-Time

Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate and skilled French Language Trainer to teach A1, A2, and B1 levels. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, preparing learners for exams, and helping them develop strong speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in French.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Training

• Conduct French classes for A1 / A2 / B1 levels
• Teach all language skills: Speaking, Reading, Listening, Writing
• Use interactive teaching methods to engage learners
• Explain grammar concepts clearly
• Provide pronunciation and conversation training

Student Support

• Prepare learners for international certification exams (DELF preferred but not mandatory)
• Monitor student progress and give regular feedback
• Design simple notes, worksheets, and practice activities
• Clarify doubts and support weak learners

Classroom Activities

• Conduct role plays, dialogue practice, and listening tasks
• Assign speaking/homework tasks to encourage daily learning
• Create a friendly and motivating learning environment

Professional Duties

• Maintain attendance and performance records
• Communicate with management regarding student progress
• Suggest improvements for the French training program

RequirementsMandatory

• Strong knowledge of French grammar & communication
• Ability to teach A1, A2 & B1 levels confidently
• Good communication skills in English
• Passion for teaching

Preferred

• DELF certification (A2, B1, or B2) — not compulsory
• Prior teaching/training experience
• Experience working with students of different age groups
