French Trainer

As a French Trainer at Nxtwave Collaborated Colleges, your role will involve conducting engaging and interactive training sessions for learners in French. You will design and deliver structured lesson plans, assignments, and assessments while developing customized training content to meet learner requirements. It will be your responsibility to monitor learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and ensure that students gain proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills. Additionally, staying updated with modern teaching methods and tools for effective delivery will be crucial, as well as maintaining records of student performance and attendance. Your Key Responsibilities include: - Conducting engaging and interactive training sessions for learners in French - Designing and delivering structured lesson plans, assignments, and assessments - Developing customized training content to meet learner requirements - Monitoring learner progress and providing constructive feedback - Ensuring students gain proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills - Staying updated with modern teaching methods and tools for effective delivery - Maintaining records of student performance and attendance To excel in this role, you are required to have: - 6 months to 2 years of prior teaching/training experience in the chosen foreign language (mandatory) - Proficiency in one or more of the listed languages: French, German - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, learner-friendly manner - Passion for teaching and mentoring learners Preferred Qualifications: - Certification in foreign language teaching - Exposure to online/virtual teaching platforms,
