Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed French Teacher to join our modern languages department. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging and high-quality instruction in French, and foster a passion for the French language. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging French lessons aligned with the curriculum and appropriate to students’ proficiency levels, across various grades Create and implement instructional materials, activities, and assessments. Monitor and assess student progress, offering regular feedback and academic support. Apply diverse teaching strategies to address varied learning styles and needs. Coordinate activities, field trips, or exchange programs if required. Collaborate with colleagues and actively participate in staff meetings and professional development. Maintain clear and effective communication with students, parents, and staff about learning objectives and student performance. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor’s degree in French, education, or a related field. Teaching certification or degree. Proficiency in French (CEFR level C1 or above). Preferred: Master’s degree in French Language, Linguistics, or Education. Prior teaching experience in a school or academic setting. Knowledge of French-speaking cultures and literature. Familiarity with digital tools and language learning platforms.
