Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Forwarding - Pricing & CS Sea & Air Imports/Exports professional, located in Bangalore. The individual will be responsible for managing freight forwarding operations, coordinating sea and air export/import activities, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include Pricing, handling documentation, negotiating rates, tracking shipments, resolving issues, and communicating with customers to ensure smooth operations. Roles & Responsibilities • Pricing • Shipment co-ordination Follow-up on enquires with overseas agents and local customers Strong Customer Service skills Proficiency in Forwarding logistics Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to multitask and handle complex logistics requirements Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
