As a Freight Forwarding Pricing & Customer Service professional at Round The Clock Logistics, you will play a crucial role in managing pricing for freight forwarding services, handling customer inquiries, and nurturing client relationships. Based in Mumbai, you will work on-site to ensure seamless freight transportation by coordinating with logistics partners and negotiating competitive rates. Your key responsibilities will include generating and negotiating pricing for shipments, coordinating shipments, following up on inquiries from overseas agents and local customers (Imports), and maintaining excellent communication and negotiation skills.
