Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Freight Forwarding – Pricing & Customer Service position. The individual in this role will be responsible for generating and negotiating competitive pricing for freight forwarding services, managing customer inquiries, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and coordinating with logistics partners for seamless freight transportation.
