Job Summary We are looking for experienced and motivated Freight Brokers to manage the full cycle of freight movement, from sourcing U.S. carriers and negotiating rates to coordinating dispatch operations and building strong relationships with shippers and carriers. This role is ideal for professionals with prior U.S. logistics or dispatch experience looking for career growth in a high-performance environment. Key Responsibilities Source, negotiate, and book freight with U.S.-based carriers via load boards (DAT, Truckstop) Coordinate the entire shipment process: pickup, transit, and delivery Use TMS systems to manage loads and documentation Build and manage relationships with shippers, carriers, and internal teams Track shipments and provide real-time updates to clients Ensure full compliance with carrier and customer requirements Meet or exceed defined KPIs and margin targets Proactively solve issues to ensure customer satisfaction Mandatory Requirements Experience: 1–3 years in U.S. freight brokerage, dispatch, or logistics sales Shift: Comfortable working in night shift (U.S. time zone) Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mohali (on-site only) Carrier Sourcing & Load Boards: Hands-on experience with DAT, Truckstop , or similar platforms TMS: Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) Communication Skills: Strong English (spoken and written), with negotiation and client management skills Target Orientation: Must be comfortable in a performance-based role with daily/weekly KPIs Educational Qualification UG: Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, B.A., B.Sc., etc.) PG (Preferred, not mandatory): MBA/PGDM in Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or International Business Key Skills to Highlight in Your Profile/Resume Freight Brokerage, U.S. Logistics, Carrier Sourcing, Load Boards (DAT, Truckstop), TMS, Logistics Sales, Dispatch Operations, Rate Negotiation, Client Relationship Management, Third-Party Logistics (3PL)
