Minimum 1+ year of proven experience in U.S. freight brokerage
Candidates must possess a solid understanding of the U.S. transportation market, including daily brokerage operations, shipper–carrier interactions, and load movement processes.

Strong knowledge of freight lanes, carriers, spot market, and contract rates
The candidate should be able to analyze lane trends, forecast pricing, understand seasonality, and build strong relationships with reliable carriers. Familiarity with both spot and contract rate strategies is essential.

Strong book of business (preferred, but not mandatory)
Having an existing portfolio of shippers/carriers is a strong advantage. The candidate should be able to leverage their network to generate revenue and secure consistent loads.

Proven ability to negotiate competitive rates
Must demonstrate expertise in negotiating rates with shippers and carriers, handling objections, ensuring profitable margins, and closing deals efficiently under pressure.

Hands-on experience with TMS systems, load boards, and FMCSA compliance
Practical experience with tools such as DAT, Truckstop, MacroPoint, and major TMS platforms. Knowledge of FMCSA regulations, safety standards, carrier vetting, and compliance procedures is required.

Ability to work independently in a startup environment
Candidates must be self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable working without micromanagement. They should be able to manage their own book of business, solve problems quickly, and adapt as the company grows.

Office Timing:
Evening shift — 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (IST)
(Aligned with U.S. market hours)

Meals Provided: Dinner will be provided to all employees working during this shift.

Transportation: Pick-and-drop facility will be available for employees for safe and convenient travel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
