Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Freight Broker at our Gurugram location. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing freight transactions, sourcing carriers, coordinating shipments, and fostering strong relationships with clients and shipping partners. Additional responsibilities include handling dispatching tasks, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring seamless account management.

Qualifications

• Experience in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operations
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Dispatching to ensure timely and efficient communication
• Proven ability in Account Management, building and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with relevant logistics software and technology platforms
• Highly motivated and detail-oriented with strong decision-making skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
