Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Broker based in Mohali district. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing freight brokerage services, including coordinating shipments, connecting shippers with carriers, and negotiating rates. Daily tasks also include dispatching, account management, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management
