Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Freight Broker located in Mohali, India. The Senior Freight Broker will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with carriers and customers, handling freight brokerage operations, and ensuring efficient dispatching. Additional tasks include providing excellent customer service, managing accounts, and collaborating with the compliance and IT teams to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with transportation management platforms is a plus
