Freight broker

We are seeking a Freight Broker to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of freight coordination, including managing shipments, handling customer and carrier communications, and ensuring smooth dispatch operations. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role suited for someone with strong problem-solving skills, a customer-first attitude, and a deep understanding of logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily freight brokerage operations from sourcing to delivery

Develop and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers

Coordinate and monitor shipment schedules, dispatching, and tracking

Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Negotiate rates with carriers and clients to maximize profitability

Maintain accurate documentation and manage accounts efficiently

Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in Freight Brokerage is required

Strong background in customer service and dispatching

Excellent account management, communication, and negotiation skills

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) is an advantage

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred

Pay: ₹16,393.60 - ₹70,130.45 per month
