Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage freight shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Negotiate contracts and rates with carriers to optimize costs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to address client inquiries and concerns.
• Prepare, review, and manage shipping documentation.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude with the ability to think on your feet.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
